Hi,
My dad, Donald A. Sklenar, was stationed at Nellis Air Force Base in the late 40's and early 50's. He died 3 years ago from colon and lung cancer, he did not smoke. We have tried to apply for the radiation compensation act for those that were incolved in the nuclear testing in Nevada but have hit a stumbling block. My fathers records were destroyed in the fire at the records center in St. Louis. I know your children can apply for compensation due to their father having cancer. I do not have the exact web-site with me today but you can search for the radiation compensation act on the web. The form can be printed and then sent in. If anyone has any information on where I can get records to prove my father was stationed at Nevada I would be very grateful.
