Harry S Truman as portrayed by Dr. Noel Pugach

Who:     Dr. Noel Pugach, Professor of U. S. Foreign Relations at the University
             of New Mexico, will portray President Harry S Truman, who signed
             the memorandum of understanding on December 18, 1950, which
             established the Nevada Test Site. Dr. Pugach presents a "you are there"
             atmosphere through his Truman depiction, and will answer questions              from the audience, all the while staying in character.
